Viltechmeda was established in 1993 as a syringe infusion pumps design, development and production company. Having developed its own R&D activities, the Company has quickly grown to one of the leading producers of high-tech medical equipment in Eastern Europe. Its engineering potential and post-sales service allowed to achieve international safety and quality level, build good reputation and brand awareness, as well as to capture an attractive market share all over the world.
In June, 2000 the Company moved into especially built manufacturing facilities in the center of Vilnius. In June, 2008 the Company expanded it’s production area, which will allow to produce up to 12000 pumps annually.
The Company has been profitable since its inception and continues to grow rapidly. At present there are 62 professionals working in the company and the annual turnover exceeds 5 million euros. Viltechmeda develops and produces wide range of infusion pumps under the AITECS brand name since 1993, every second year the new or update of the older version is introduced to the market. AITECS infusion pumps have been accepted quickly by the market. 15 years since foundation of the Company, our pumps are used in more than 80 countries worldwide. Our customers attribute our successes to the safety, quality and high reliability of our products. OPERATING PRINCIPLES A team of 25 engineering specialists support the Aitecs line. We use the most innovative technology and the latest medical achievements to create patient and user-friendly products. Our task is to bring to the market brand new or substantial improved products every two years. Skilled, dedicated and professional personnel work to ensure the highest standard of safety and quality of all our manufactured products. The experience and innovative approach of our design team enables us to continually improve product quality by being at the forefront of the latest technologies. FLEXIBILITY OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM - JUST IN TIME LOGISTIC SERVICE The Aitecs line pumps can readily be adapted to the different voltages, languages, types of syringes and etc. The Company is certified in accordance with: Our pumps have CE 0408 mark. Besides SEP-10S Plus, SP-12S Pro, and SEP-21S Plus are certified in accordance with EN 1789:1999+A1:2003 for use in road ambulances. SEP-10S Plus and SP-12S Pro are FDA approved.
